All appointments are currently through Telehealth, which is easy to access.

Psychological clinics are no longer allowed to offer in-person appointments, and it is anticipated that this situation will continue for some time. Weeks of distancing and isolation are difficult for everyone, and particularly hard for people already experiencing distress.

Our psychologists provide services Monday to Friday for telehealth from our booking platform (Jane), and Skype, Zoom, Facetime, or telephone. Video or audio is an option.


Current clients do this:
Log in to your user profile and book as usual. If do not know your username and password, please do not set up a new profile. Call Shirley at 902 492-2546.

New clients do this:
Click on Book an Appointment.
Click on Sign In or Sign Up.

At the time of your online appointment, your psychologist emails an invitation to join the session. The session can be video or audio-only, your choice. If you prefer audio only, just disable the video after initiating the call.

Following your appointment, a receipt will be emailed to you, which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement if you have coverage for a registered psychologist
