Counselling and Therapy

Psychologists help people to understand and change their problems, feelings and behaviours. We incorporate Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), interpersonal, emotion-focussed, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and acceptance- and mindfulness-based approaches to counselling and therapy to help with a wide range of issues.


There are many reasons to seek a psychological assessment, including for disability issues, for diagnosis after head trauma, illness or dementia, for the courts, and for work-related and fitness-to-practise issues.
